Online Booking and Payment for Medical Services

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website for online booking and purchasing of medical services provided by:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The website allows users to book appointments for hyperbaric chamber procedures and to pay for selected services online. 1.2. By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1.3. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or the services.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

2.1. The services provided through the website represent advance booking for medical procedures performed on-site at the medical centre. 2.2. The online platform does not provide medical diagnosis, consultation, or treatment. 2.3. The use of the hyperbaric chamber is a medical service and may require prior assessment by a medical professional.

3. BOOKINGS

3.1. A booking is considered valid once all required information is submitted and a confirmation is received. 3.2. The client agrees to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information. 3.3. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or modify a booking due to medical, organisational, or technical reasons.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. All prices are listed in euro (EUR), in accordance with the adoption of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria from January 2026.

 4.2. Payments are processed online through secure payment providers

4.3. Payment by Debit/Credit Card via V‑POS and Pay by Link

4.3.1. Accepted cards include debit, credit, and business cards Visa, Mastercard, and bCard.

4.3.2. Transactions are processed through MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.

4.3.3. The Provider does not store any card data used for payments on the website. 4.3.4. Refunds for payments made by card are issued to the same card used for the original transaction.

4.4. Payment is a condition for booking confirmation unless stated otherwise.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking under the conditions stated on the website or by individual arrangement. 5.2. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in fees or the service being considered used. 5.3. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.

6. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required for the safe performance of the procedure. 6.2. The Provider is not liable for complications resulting from withheld or inaccurate information. 6.3. Medical services are performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable medical standards.

7. USAGE LIMITATIONS

7.1. Services must not be used by individuals with contraindications for hyperbaric chamber procedures unless approved by a medical professional. 7.2. The Provider may refuse service for medical reasons.

8. LIABILITY

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8.2. Nothing in these terms excludes liability in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. All texts, images, and content on the website are owned by the Provider or used under license. 9.2. Copying, distributing, or using any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. PERSONAL DATA

10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

11.1. The Provider may restrict or terminate website access in cases of misuse or violation of the terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. 12.2. All disputes are resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

13.1. The Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13.2. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
